Dispute Resolution Policy
1.1 At Link Expeditions, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction. We aim to resolve any disagreements or disputes amicably and professionally. This Dispute Resolution Policy outlines the procedures for resolving disputes arising from the use of our services.
2-Communicate with Us
2.1 If you have a concern or issue related to our services, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our dedicated customer service team will work diligently to understand your concern and seek a resolution.
3-Escalation of Disputes
3.1 If we cannot resolve your concern informally, or if you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the issue. Please send an email outlining the nature of your dispute, the steps taken to resolve it, and your proposed solution to the situation.
4.1 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication and escalation, we propose mediation as the next step. In mediation, a neutral third-party mediator will facilitate discussions between you and Link Expeditions to reach a mutual resolution.
4.2 The mediator will not make a decision for you, but will help both parties explore options for resolution. Both you and Link Expeditions must agree to the outcome for it to be binding.
5.1 If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body).
5.2 The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties. The costs of arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator, will be shared equally unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
6.1 This Dispute Resolution Policy and any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of Costa Rica, regardless of your country of origin or where you access our services.
7-Acceptance of this Policy
7.1 By using our services, you agree to this Dispute Resolution Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
